1General Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the Jetbas website (jetbas.win) or mobile application, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Jetbas. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Jetbas platform.

Jetbas is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform operated solely for entertainment purposes. Residents of countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law are not permitted to use this platform.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with Jetbas, you must meet the eligibility requirements listed below. Providing accurate information at registration is mandatory. Accounts found to contain false information may be closed at any time.

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Keeping your account password confidential is solely your responsibility.
• Allowing anyone else to access or use your account is strictly prohibited.
• A government-issued ID must be submitted as part of the KYC verification process.

Jetbas reserves the right to decline account registration at any time and for any reason. If it is found after registration that a user provided false information or that an ineligible person opened an account, that account will be closed immediately and any balance may be forfeited.

3Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Jetbas supports popular payment methods available in Bangladesh. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption and every transaction is recorded.

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 2–24 hours.
• The deposit and withdrawal method must be the same.
• Jetbas may request additional verification for suspicious transactions.
• Jetbas strictly follows its AML policy to prevent money laundering.

If there is a delay in payment processing for any reason, please contact the support team. Jetbas is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers. Once deposited funds have been used for gaming purposes, they cannot be refunded.

4Bonus, Promotion & Offer Terms

Jetbas regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms, which must be read carefully before acceptance.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until all wagering requirements for bonuses have been met.
• Not all games are available for bonus wagering — certain games are excluded.
• You may not claim another bonus while an existing bonus is still active.
• Once a bonus expires, any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Any attempt to commit fraud using promotional offers will result in permanent account closure.

Jetbas reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. The same applies to free spin and cashback offers. In the event of any bonus-related dispute, Jetbas's decision shall be final.

5Gaming Rules & Results Policy

All games on Jetbas operate in accordance with international standards. Each game has its own rules, which should be read before play begins.

• All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and are regularly audited by a third party.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, the bet will be refunded.
• In Sports Betting, results are determined based on official match statistics after the game concludes.
• The dealer's decision is final in Live Casino games.
• Jetbas reserves the right to void any winnings obtained by exploiting software bugs or errors.

Jetbas is not liable for any disconnection that occurs during a gaming session. Once a bet is confirmed in a Live Casino game, it cannot be changed. For Sports Betting, bets are refunded if a match is cancelled; however, separate rules apply for rescheduled matches.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jetbas. Violations may result in permanent account closure and legal action.

• Any form of cheating, fraud, or dishonest play.
• Using bots, automation software, or AI to play games.
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
• Using another person's account or payment details.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or security infrastructure.
• Harassing or threatening other users.

7Account Closure & Suspension Policy

Jetbas reserves the right to close or suspend accounts without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• Any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• False or incomplete registration information.
• Suspicious or unusual transaction activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or to submit the required documents.
• By order of a court or government authority.

Users may request account closure at any time. Verified balances can be withdrawn before the account is closed, but any bonus balance will be forfeited. Permanently closed accounts cannot be reopened.
